3. TYPES OF INFORMATION GATHERED

The information we collect from our users and customers helps us to provide our platform and services properly. These are the types of information we collect:

Information You Give Us. You provide information when you use the platform, register as a user (Businesses and Users), publish a company or companies on the platform (Businesses), purchase a subscription (Businesses), and contact us through our contact form or contact details. As a result of those actions, you might supply us with the following information:

• First and last name

• Business name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Address

Muslims Map will not collect any personally identifiable information about you, unless you provide it.

Usage Data: Muslims Map automatically collects certain types of information during users' use of the application. This collection includes technical data such as device type, operating system, device settings, application usage, ads viewed, and interaction preferences. This information is essential to improve the functionality and performance of the application, as well as to personalize the user experience and ensure system compatibility. All data collected is treated in accordance with our privacy policy, ensuring its protection and confidentiality.

User Content: Muslims Map collects, processes and stores user content, which includes data and information entered on our platform, including content provided by Businesses when posting a business or businesses on the platform, solely for the provision and improvement of our services and the functionalities available on the platform. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of this content and information, and will not share it with unauthorized third parties, unless required by law or for the operation of the platform.

GPS Functionality: The Muslims Map platform uses the GPS function of users' devices to collect and process information about their geographic location. This information is used to provide a personalized experience by displaying businesses (Muslim businesses) that are relevant to the user's current location. By enabling the GPS feature, users consent to the use of their location for these purposes. Location information is collected on an ongoing basis while using the application and is securely stored to ensure

the privacy of user data. Muslims Map does not share location information with third parties without the user's explicit consent, except as required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Muslims Map and its users. Users may disable the GPS function at any time through their device's settings, with the understanding that by doing so, some functionality of the platform may be limited.

Payment information: By using the Muslims Map application, the user accepts that the download of the platform may be subject to a fee determined by the service provider. This fee will be clearly indicated in the download process via Google Play or App Store.

For Businesses wishing to publish a business or businesses on the Muslims Map platform, it is mandatory to purchase a one-time subscription. This subscription will allow Businesses to access specific functionalities and benefits that will allow them to highlight and manage their presence on the application.

Payments related to both the download of the platform and the one-time subscription for Businesses will be processed securely through the Google Play and App Store payment systems. Muslims Map does not directly store or process user payment information. All payment data is handled by Google Play and App Store, which comply with strict security and privacy standards to protect the user's financial information:

Contact information: We may access some personal information about the user, such as name and email address, when the user or any third party communicates with us through our contact information. Personal information provided through our contact information is not stored on any Muslims Map server and will be stored on the respective server of our email service.

4. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA

Personal data provided by users through the platform will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the legitimate purposes described in this policy and/or until the user closes the user account or requests deletion of their data. Muslims Map may be allowed to retain personal data for a longer period whenever the user has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Furthermore, Muslims Map may be obliged to retain personal data for a longer period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of an authority. Once the retention period expires, personal data shall be deleted. Therefore, the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after expiration of the retention period.

5. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION (LEGITIMATE PURPOSES)

In general, we use the information we collect primarily to provide, maintain, protect and improve our current platform and services. We use personal information collected through our platform as described below:

• Show registered Businesses on the map of our platform.

• Provide our subscriptions.

• Marketing purposes of Muslims Map.

• Link or combine your information with other information we get from third parties to help understand your needs and provide you with better service.

• Process and respond to requests related to users' privacy rights.

• Protect, investigate and deter against fraudulent, unauthorized or illegal activity.

6. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

The personal information of our customers and users is an important and fundamental part of our business. Under no circumstances will we sell or share information with third parties that has not been previously authorized by the user, customer or owner of the personal data. We share user and customer information only and exclusively as described below.

Third-Party Service Providers. We use third party services to perform certain functions on our platform. Some of these functions and services include: App hosting (Google Play, App Store), registration and login (Google Pay, Apple Pay), payment processing (Google Pay, Apple Pay), tracking and analytics services on the platform, and sending emails.

These third-party services and tools may have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use that information for other purposes. Information shared with these third-party services will be treated and stored in accordance with their respective privacy policies and our privacy policy.

Newsletter and email communications: By registering on our platform, you authorize Muslims Map to send you marketing communications and other relevant information by email. To facilitate this process, your name and email address may be shared with third party bulk email services. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe option available in the footer of every email we send you.

Business Transfers. In the event that Muslims Map creates, merges with, or is acquired by another entity, your information will most likely be transferred. Muslims Map will email you or place a prominent notice on our platform before your information becomes subject to another privacy policy.

Protection of Muslims Map and others. We release personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce or apply our Terms and conditions and other agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Muslims Map, our users or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

With Your Consent. Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when personally identifiable information about you might go to third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.

Anonymous Information. Muslims Map uses the anonymous browsing information collected automatically by our servers primarily to help us administer and improve the platform. We may also use aggregated anonymous information to provide information about the platform to potential business partners and other unaffiliated entities. 7. PROTECTING YOUR INFORMATION

We grant access to your personal information only to those outside persons or services that have a legitimate need to know it and in accordance with our privacy policy. We adhere to industry-recognized security standards to protect your personal information, both during transmission and in storage. However, it is important to note that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is foolproof and 100% secure. Therefore, while we at Muslims Map strive to implement commercially viable data protection methods, we cannot ensure absolute security of your personal information. In the event of a security breach that compromises the confidentiality of our users' personal data, Muslims Map undertakes to notify those affected in a timely manner. This notification will be made through the means of contact that have been provided by the user on our platform. We will take all reasonable measures to protect the information and remedy any situation that jeopardizes the security of your data.

9. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER

By using our platform, you agree that your personal data may be transferred and processed outside your home country, where data protection laws may differ. This is because data may be stored on servers located outside the country. Muslims Map is committed to taking the necessary steps to ensure that your data is treated in accordance with applicable privacy protection rules and is adequately protected during any international transfer.

Users who provide information through our platform, as data subjects and data owners, have the right to access, rectify, download or delete their information, as well as to restrict and object to certain processing of their information. • Rectify, Restrict, Limit and/or Delete: You can also rectify, restrict, limit or delete much of your information.

If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information we will take immediate steps to delete such information.

If you disclose your information to third parties, whether other users or third parties, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the information you disclose to them.
