Welcome to Muslims Map!

These are the terms and conditions for:

Muslims Map mobile application (Available on Google Play and App Store).

The following terms and conditions apply to your use of the Muslims Map platform and the services available on the platform. This includes mobile versions, as well as any other version of Muslims Map accessible via desktop, tablet, social media or other devices.

By using the platform, you agree to these terms and conditions and our privacy policy. In these terms and conditions, the words "platform" refers to the Muslims Map mobile application, "we", "us", "our", and "Muslims Map", refers to Muslims Map and "you", and "user", refers to you, the Muslims Map user.

PLEASE READ THESE CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES AND FUNCTIONALITIES AVAILABLE ON THE PLATFORM.

1. ELIGIBILITY

By using the platform, you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, you must not use our services and our platform. We may modify this agreement from time to time, and such modification will be effective upon posting on the platform. You agree to be bound by any modifications to these terms and conditions when you use Muslims Map following the posting of such modification; therefore, it is important that you review this agreement regularly.

By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you have the full right, power and authority to enter into this agreement and to fully perform all of your obligations hereunder. You further represent and warrant that you are not under any legal incapacity or contractual restriction that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.

2. NOTIFICATIONS AND NEWSLETTER

By providing your email address to Muslims Map, you agree that we may use your email address to send you notifications about Muslims Map. We may also use your email address to send you notifications and other messages, such as changes to service features, news and special content. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may opt-out of receiving them by submitting your unsubscribe request through the contact information or by using the "unsubscribe" option in the emails. Opting out may prevent you from receiving notifications and mailings about updates, news or special content.

3. BUSINESSES

3.1. Registration

By registering as a Business in the Muslims Map platform (hereinafter referred to as “Business” or “Businesses”), Businesses agree and warrant that both the business and the business owner are of Muslim origin and belong to the Muslim community. The platform is designed exclusively for the promotion and support of Muslim businesses, and it is a fundamental requirement that the business owner is a Muslim in order to register and use Muslims Map's services.

Muslims Map reserves the absolute right to refuse registration to any business whose owner does not meet this criterion. In addition, Muslims Map may, at its discretion, cancel the registration and subscription of any business if it is discovered that the owner is not a Muslim or does not belong to the Muslim community. This measure is necessary to maintain the integrity and purpose of the platform.

The registration process may include verification of the identity and religious affiliation of the business owner. Businesses must provide truthful and complete information during registration and are subject to review and approval by the Muslims Map team. Any attempt to provide false or misleading information will result in immediate denial or cancellation of registration and subscription, with no refund.

Muslims Map is committed to protecting the privacy of data provided during registration, but reserves the right to make any necessary verifications to ensure compliance with the requirements set forth. By registering, Businesses agree to these terms and understand that failure to comply with them may lead to loss of access to the platform and its services.

3.2. User Account

By registering as a Business in the Muslims Map platform, the business owner agrees to comply with all terms and conditions set forth. The user account is personal and non-transferable, and it is the business owner's responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of his/her login information, as well as to ensure that the information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.

The business owner may cancel their account at any time by notifying Muslims Map through designated support channels. Account cancellation by the user will result in immediate termination of access to Muslims Map services and removal of all business information from the platform. No refunds will be granted for unused subscription fees at the time of cancellation.

Muslims Map reserves the right to terminate or suspend any Business user account at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, breach of terms and conditions, provision of false or misleading information, inappropriate or illegal conduct, or violation of third party rights. In the event of termination by Muslims Map, the user will be notified and provided with an explanation of the reasons for termination. Muslims Map is not obligated to provide refunds for unused subscription fees in such cases.

In addition, Muslims Map may temporarily suspend a user account to investigate suspicious or inappropriate activity. During this period, the user will not have access to the platform's services until the investigation is completed. If it is determined that no violation has occurred, the account will be restored. If a violation is confirmed, the account will be permanently terminated.

By using the Muslims Map platform, the business owner agrees that Muslims Map shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the termination or suspension of a user account, and waives any claim against Muslims Map in connection with such actions. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3.3. Business Listing

By registering and publishing a business on the Muslims Map platform, the business owner declares and guarantees that both the business and the business owner are of Muslim origin and belong to the Muslim community. Only Muslim businesses with Muslim owners can register and publish their businesses to appear on the map accessible to general users looking for these types of businesses.

The publication of a business on Muslims Map implies that the business owner has provided truthful, complete and accurate information during the registration and publication process. Muslims Map reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the information provided and, in case of detecting any irregularity or falsehood, will proceed to the immediate removal of the business from the platform and the cancellation of the user's account without refund.

Businesses published on Muslims Map must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and must not engage in activities that are contrary to the principles and values of the Muslim community. Muslims Map reserves the right to reject or remove any business listing that, at its discretion, does not comply with these requirements.

Business owners are responsible for keeping their business information posted on Muslims Map up to date. Any changes in business ownership or relevant information should be reported immediately to Muslims Map. The platform is not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information posted by business owners.

Muslims Map reserves the right to moderate and review all business postings before making them visible on the map to general users. This review is intended to ensure that all postings meet quality standards and community requirements.

Posting a business on Muslims Map does not grant the owner any exclusive or preferential rights to visibility on the map. Muslims Map does not guarantee a certain level of traffic or visibility and is not responsible for the commercial performance of the business as a result of its publication on the platform.

By using the Muslims Map platform to post a business, the owner agrees to these terms and conditions and understands that any violation of these terms and conditions may result in the removal of their business from the map and termination of their account. Muslims Map reserves the right to update and modify these terms at any time, notifying users of the relevant changes. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

3.4. User Content

Businesses may provide and upload content and information through the platform. Businesses retain any copyright or other rights they may have in the content and information they provide through the platform. Muslims Map is not responsible for the accuracy, safety or legality of content posted on the platform by users. By providing content and information through the platform, the user grants Muslims Map a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up right and license to host, store, transfer, perform, reproduce and modify the content for the sole purpose of using and displaying it within the platform and to the general public.

By providing and uploading content through the platform, you represent, warrant and guarantee that:

You are the owner of the content you provide through the platform, or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents and permissions to authorize Muslims Map to publish and display your content through the platform.
Your content does not infringe, violate or misappropriate any third party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, right of privacy, right of publicity or any other intellectual property or proprietary right;
Your content does not defame, libel, slander, libel or invade the right of privacy, publicity or other proprietary rights of any other person;
Your content does not cause Muslims Map to violate any law or regulation.
Your content may not be considered by a reasonable person to be objectionable, profane, indecent, pornographic, harassing, threatening, embarrassing, hateful or otherwise inappropriate.
Your content does not and will not contain content that incites hatred, violence, threats of physical harm or harassment.

Muslims Map may, at any time and without notice, filter, remove, edit or block any content that, in our opinion, violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable. If any user or third party notifies us that user content allegedly does not comply with these terms, we may investigate the allegation and determine in our sole discretion whether to remove the content in question, which we reserve the right to do at any time without notice. You acknowledge and agree that Muslims Map reserves the right to monitor all information transmitted or received through the platform, and may do so from time to time, for operational and other purposes.

3.5. Subscriptions

In order for Businesses to publish their business(es) on the Muslims Map platform and ensure that they appear on the map and in searches performed by general users, it is mandatory to purchase a one-time subscription. This subscription provides businesses with access to the functionality necessary to highlight and manage their presence on the Muslims Map platform.

The subscription purchase process involves the payment of a one-time fee, the amount of which will be clearly specified during the registration and purchase process. The subscription is non-recurring; therefore, businesses will not incur additional recurring charges once the initial payment is made, unless they choose to purchase additional services that may be offered in the future.

Muslims Map is committed to providing a secure environment for payment processing, using trusted and secure services such as Google Play and the App Store. The platform does not store user payment information; all transaction data is handled directly by these payment service providers, who adhere to strict security and privacy standards.

Once a subscription is purchased, the business will have the ability to create and manage their profile, add relevant details, upload images, and describe their products and services to attract Muslims Map users. Map and search visibility is a direct benefit of this subscription and is designed to increase business exposure within the Muslim community.

In the event that a business decides to cancel its subscription, no refunds will be given for the amount paid. Cancellation of the subscription will result in the removal of the business from the map and searches on Muslims Map, as well as the loss of access to all features and benefits associated with the subscription.

Muslims Map reserves the right to change the subscription terms and applicable fees at any time. Businesses will be notified of any significant changes to the subscription terms. Continued use of the platform and voluntary renewal of additional services after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Failure to comply with any of the stated terms and conditions may result in suspension or cancellation of the subscription, as well as removal of business from the Muslims Map platform. The platform reserves the right to take any action necessary to ensure compliance with its policies and the integrity of the community.

4. USERS

4.1. Account

To register on the Muslims Map platform as a user, the user must complete the registration form available on the platform (hereinafter referred to as “users”). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Muslims Map of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session. You may never use another user's account without Muslims Map's prior authorization. Muslims Map will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your breach of this agreement.

Users may cancel their accounts at any time and for any reason through the account settings or by sending us their request through our contact information. Such cancellation will only result in the deletion of the account and the deletion of all personal data provided to Muslims Map.

Muslims Map reserves the right to terminate your account or your access immediately, with or without notice, and without liability to you, if Muslims Map believes that you have violated any provision of these terms and conditions.

4.2. Use of the Platform

By using the Muslims Map platform, general users agree and acknowledge that the platform is designed to facilitate the search for Muslim businesses. Users can use the interactive map available on the platform to locate Muslim businesses based on their current geographic location or any other location of their choice. This functionality allows users to find Muslim businesses efficiently and access the services and products they offer.

General users have the ability to communicate directly with businesses through the contact information provided in each business profile. This information may include email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, and other means of contact that businesses have chosen to make public. Muslims Map is not responsible for the accuracy of the contact information provided by businesses or the quality of interactions between general users and businesses.

By using the platform, general users agree that Muslims Map is an intermediary tool that facilitates the connection between users and Muslim businesses. Muslims Map does not guarantee the availability, quality, legality or suitability of the products and services offered by the businesses listed on the platform. Any transaction or agreement reached between a general user and a business is strictly between the parties involved, and Muslims Map assumes no responsibility for any problems that may arise.

Muslims Map reserves the right to monitor and moderate content and interactions on the platform to ensure compliance with community standards and established terms and conditions. General users must use the platform in a respectful manner and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any abusive, fraudulent or inappropriate behavior may result in the restriction or removal of the user's access to the platform.

The Muslims Map platform is designed to be accessible and easy to use, and strives to provide a positive experience for all users. However, Muslims Map does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform and may perform periodic updates, upgrades or maintenance that may temporarily affect user access.

By using the Muslims Map platform, general users agree to these terms and conditions and understand that continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any future changes or modifications to these terms. Muslims Map reserves the right to update and modify these terms at any time, and users will be notified of such changes through the platform.

5. DOWNLOAD FEES

By using the Muslims Map platform, users agree that downloading the application from Google Play and App Store will be free for the first few months of launch. After this promotional period, a fee of $5 per download will be implemented.

The exact date of the fee change will be communicated to users through official Muslims Map channels. Payments will be processed securely through Google Play and App Store, and Muslims Map will not store payment information.

No refunds will be granted for the download fee, except where required by law or in exceptional cases as determined by Muslims Map. Users who download the app during the free period will not be charged the fee unless they reinstall the app after deleting it.

By downloading Muslims Map, users agree to these terms and conditions and any future changes in fees will be notified in a timely manner.

6. ANTI-RACISM AND ANTI-DISCRIMINATION

By allowing the registration of Muslim-owned businesses only and directing the Muslims Map platform to people of Muslim faith for the purpose of assisting and serving the Muslim community, Muslims Map is committed to complying with all national and international anti-discrimination laws. Muslims Map does not engage in racist or discriminatory practices; its goal is to provide a safe and supportive space specifically for the Muslim community, recognizing the importance of building networks and resources within the Muslim community.

Muslims Map operates with a firm commitment to equality and inclusion, and ensures that all of its practices are aligned with the principles of non-discrimination. The platform is accessible to anyone, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability or other characteristic protected by law, as long as they meet the platform's specific requirements regarding membership in the Muslim community.

Muslims Map's focus on supporting Muslim businesses with Muslim owners is based on the need to strengthen and empower this specific community by providing an environment where they can thrive and connect with other members of the same faith. This goal is not intended to exclude or discriminate against people of other religions or backgrounds, but rather to foster a space of mutual support and growth for those who share a common religious identity.

Muslims Map is committed to regularly reviewing and updating its policies to ensure continued compliance with all applicable anti-discrimination laws and to promote an environment of respect and dignity for all users. Any user or business that feels they have been treated unfairly or experienced discrimination on the platform has the right to file a complaint, which will be investigated in an impartial and appropriate manner.

By using Muslims Map, all users and businesses agree to these terms and conditions, acknowledging the platform's commitment to equality, non-discrimination and specific support for the Muslim community. Muslims Map reserves the right to take appropriate action against any conduct that violates these principles, including removing content, suspending accounts, and taking other actions necessary to maintain an inclusive and respectful environment.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Muslims Map acts solely as an intermediary platform that allows Muslim businesses with Muslim owners to register and publish their businesses to appear on the map and in searches by general users. Muslims Map is not responsible for the businesses posted on the platform, nor for the provision of services or products offered by these businesses.

The inclusion of a business on Muslims Map does not imply any endorsement, guarantee or recommendation by the platform. Muslims Map does not verify the authenticity, quality, safety, legality, accuracy or availability of the products and services offered by registered businesses. General users who communicate with businesses and purchase services or products do so at their own risk. Muslims Map assumes no responsibility for the quality, safety, legality or accuracy of the products or services offered by registered businesses on the platform.

Any transaction or interaction between general users and businesses is solely between the parties involved. Muslims Map does not intervene or take responsibility for any dispute, claim, loss or damage that may arise from the use of the platform or interactions between users and businesses. Muslims Map shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including, but not limited to, the user's reliance on any information obtained through the platform or resulting from errors, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, defects, delays in operation or stream, communication line failures, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of business content posted on the platform.

The Muslims Map platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. Muslims Map does not warrant that the platform will be free of errors or interruptions, that defects will be corrected, or that the platform and its servers will be free of viruses or other harmful components.

Muslims Map also disclaims any liability arising from errors, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, defects, delays in operation or stream, communication line failures, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of the content of businesses posted on the platform. Muslims Map does not guarantee that the businesses will meet the user's expectations or that any errors on the platform will be corrected.

By using Muslims Map, users and businesses agree to these terms and conditions and understand that the platform does not guarantee specific results and is not responsible for the businesses posted, or the services or products offered by them. Any legal action or claim related to a business should be directed directly to that business and not to Muslims Map. Muslims Map reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes will constitute acceptance of such changes by the user or business.

8. LICENSE TO USE THE PLATFORM

Muslims Map grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the Muslims Map platform and downloadable through the App Store and Google Play Services free of charge, including but not limited to modified versions, updates, upgrades, enhancements, improvements, additions, additions and copies, if any. This license is for the sole purpose of allowing you to use the features available on the platform in the manner permitted by these terms.

The user agrees not to use the platform negligently, for fraudulent purposes or in an unlawful manner. Likewise, the user agrees not to partake in any conduct or action that could damage the image, interests, or rights of the Muslims Map platform or third parties.

Muslims Map reserves the right to terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, and without liability to you, if Muslims Map believes that you have violated any provision contained in these terms.

9. COPYRIGHT

All materials on the platform, including, without limitation, names, logos, trademarks, images, text, columns, graphics, videos, photographs, illustrations, software and other elements are protected by copyrights, trademarks and/or other intellectual property rights owned and controlled by Muslims Map or by third parties that have licensed or otherwise provided their material to the platform. You acknowledge and agree that all materials on the platform are made available for limited, non-commercial, personal use only. Except as specifically provided herein. No material may be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, downloaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, or otherwise used for any purpose, by any person or entity, without Muslims Map prior express written permission. You may not add, delete, distort, or otherwise modify the material. Any unauthorized attempt to modify any material, to defeat or circumvent any security features, or to utilize Muslims Map or any part of the material for any purpose other than its intended purposes is strictly prohibited. Please do not copy any content and pass it off as your own, as a copyright infringement will occur.

10. COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS

Muslims Map will respond to all inquiries, complaints and claims related to the alleged infringement by breach or violation of the provisions contained in Saudi Arabian and international copyright and intellectual property laws and regulations. Muslims Map respects the intellectual property of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe, in good faith, that any material provided on the Muslims Map website infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please submit your request via our contact information, with the following information:

Identification of the intellectual property right that is allegedly infringed. All relevant registration numbers, or a statement concerning the ownership of the work, should be included.

A statement specifically identifying the location of the infringing material, with enough detail that Muslims Map may find it on the platform.
Your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the use of the allegedly infringing material is not authorized by the owner of the rights, or its agents, or by law.
A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
An electronic or physical signature of the owner of the copyright or the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.

11. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The following activities are prohibited:

Access, monitor, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, copy or otherwise exploit any content of the platform, including, but not limited to, using any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means or any manual process for any purpose not in accordance with these terms.
Take any action that imposes, or may impose, in our discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
Deep-link to any part of our platform for any purpose without our express written permission.
"Frame", "mirror" or otherwise incorporate any part of the platform into any other platform or service without our prior written permission.
Attempt to modify, translate, adapt, edit, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any software used by Muslims Map.
Evade, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the platform or features which prevent or restrict the use or copying of any content.

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Due to the nature of the Internet, Muslims Map provides and maintains the platform on an “as is”, “as available” basis and does not promise that use of the platform will be uninterrupted or error free. We shall not be liable to the user or any third party if we are unable to provide our platform and services for any reason beyond our control.

Our platform may from time to time contain links to other platforms which are not under the control of and are not maintained by us. These links are provided for your convenience only and we are not responsible for the content of those sites.

Except as provided above we can give no other warranties, conditions or other terms, express or implied, statutory or otherwise and all such terms are hereby excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You will be responsible for any breach of these terms by you and if you use the platform in breach of these terms you will be liable to and will reimburse Muslims Map for any loss or damage caused as a result.

Muslims Map shall not be liable for any amount for any failure to perform any obligation hereunder if such failure is due to the occurrence of any unforeseen event beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, Internet outages, communications outages, fire, flood, war or force majeure.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer which are available to you.

Subject as aforesaid, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Muslims Map excludes liability for any loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising, including without limitation any direct, indirect or consequential loss whether or not such arises out of any problem you notify to Muslims Map and Muslims Map shall have no liability to pay any money by way of compensation, including without limitation all liability in relation to:

Any incorrect or inaccurate information on the platform.
The infringement by any person of any Intellectual Property Rights of any third party caused by their use of the platform or any product purchased through the platform.
Any loss or damage resulting from your use or the inability to use the platform or resulting from unauthorized access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control.
Any loss of profit, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong.
Any amount or kind of loss or damage due to viruses or other malicious software that may infect a user's computer equipment, software, data or other property caused by persons accessing or using content from the platform or from transmissions via emails or attachments received from Muslims Map.
All representations, warranties, conditions and other terms which but for this notice would have effect.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend and indemnify Muslims Map and any of their directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of:

Your breach of this agreement or the documents referenced herein.
Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Your purchase of the products.

14. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

No responsibility will be accepted by Muslims Map for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, for any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, for the acts or omissions of any service provider, internet accessibility or availability or for traffic congestion or unauthorized human act, including any errors or mistakes.

15. CHANGES AND TERMINATION

We may change the platform and these terms at any time, in our sole discretion and without notice to you. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about these terms. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these terms and any changes will supersede all previous versions of the terms. Unless otherwise specified herein, all changes to these terms apply to all users take effect.

16. PERSONAL DATA

Any personal information you submit in connection with your use of the platform as a user will be used in accordance with our privacy policy. See our privacy policy.

17. INTEGRATION CLAUSE

This agreement together with the privacy policy and any other legal notices published by Muslims Map, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Muslims Map concerning and governs your use of the platform.

18. SEVERABILITY

If any section of these terms is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired. Our failure to enforce or delay in enforcing any provision of these terms at any time does not waive our right to enforce the same or any other provision in the future.

19. FORCE MAJEURE

Muslims Map shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, fortuitous events, acts of civil authorities, acts of military authorities, riots, embargoes, acts of nature and natural disasters, and other acts that may be due to unforeseen circumstances.

20. TERMINATION

Both the user and Muslims Map acknowledge that failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in termination of the agreement between both parties.

In case of non-compliance by the user: If the user fails to comply with any of the terms set forth in these terms and conditions, Muslims Map reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the user's access to and use of the platform. Muslims Map may take this action without prior notice, and the User will automatically lose all rights to access and use the platform. Furthermore, Muslims Map shall not be liable for any loss of data or information associated with the user's account.

In case of non-compliance by Muslims Map: If Muslims Map fails to comply with its obligations under the agreed terms and conditions, the User shall be entitled to terminate the agreement and stop using the platform. The user shall notify Muslims Map in writing of the breach and allow a reasonable time for Muslims Map to remedy the situation. If Muslims Map does not remedy the breach within the set period, the user may proceed with the termination of the agreement.

Termination of the agreement shall not release either party from any obligations and liabilities that have arisen prior to the date of termination.

Continued use of the platform after termination of the agreement by either party shall imply acceptance of the conditions set forth in the terms and conditions in effect at that time.

21. ARBITRATION

You acknowledge and agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, whether for breach, termination, performance, interpretation or validity hereof, as well as your use of the platform as a user, shall preferably be resolved by binding arbitration between Muslims Map and you. However, both parties retain the right to bring individual claims in a court of competent jurisdiction if deemed necessary.

In the event of any dispute arising in connection with your use of the platform as a user, or breach of these terms and conditions, both parties agree to seek resolution through an arbitration process. This process will be conducted before a recognized and respected arbitration entity, selected by mutual agreement of both parties and following the applicable commercial arbitration rules.

In addition, the user agrees, to the extent permitted by applicable law, not to initiate, join or participate in class action lawsuits associated with any claim, dispute or controversy that may arise in connection with the use of the platform as a user. This commitment seeks to promote a more agile and personalized resolution of any conflict, favoring arbitration and individual legal actions over class actions.

22. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international law, specifically the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia. This applies unless binding arbitration is agreed to in the relevant section.

23. FINAL PROVISIONS

Your use of our platform and purchase of our products is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with all of the terms and conditions set forth. This authorization to use our services does not extend to jurisdictions where these provisions are not respected or applied.

Our commitment to compliance with these terms is strictly governed by applicable laws and legal process.
